Camisole de Force art book

This mixed-media installation was transformed into a book designed to serve as a promotional piece for the artist. The work already carried a strong visual language, materials and social context, so the design needed to organize and support that material without distracting from the artist’s vision. Each piece establishes the character of its own spread. Large details highlight materials and textures, while full-object photographs, the artist’s writing, research and quotations provide context. A consistent layout system gives the book structure while allowing the artwork to remain dominant.
