A mountain of meaningful material—photos, notes, quotes and letters—was curated into a book commemorating the baby’s first full year of life, beginning in utero and continuing through her first birthday. With so much to choose from, careful editing and visual breathing room were essential. Quieter pages and selected keepsakes established the pacing, giving the most important photographs room to stand on their own.
